Universal Audio UAFX Dream '65
The Dream '65 over MIDI: volume, bass, treble, vibrato speed and intensity, reverb, boost level and output on the knobs, with cabinet select, vibrato, reverb and boost enable and select on the switches, plus both footswitches.
Checked against the manufacturer's MIDI chart Every control matches the maker's own published MIDI implementation. It has not been played into the device itself.
