Maag EQ4
The EQ on one page. Sub, 40 Hz, 160 Hz, 650 Hz and 2.5 kHz, then air gain, air band select and level trim. Most of the bands are stepped rather than smooth.
Tested with the device Somebody has run this into the gear it was made for.
