Boss SL-2 Slicer
A minimal one: level, bypass and tap tempo for the SL-2 on MIDI channel 9. Useful as a corner of a larger board rather than as a setup on its own, since the SL-2 changes patterns by program change rather than CC.
Tested with the device Somebody has run this into the gear it was made for.
