Boss EQ-200
A small one for the EQ-200: the two assignable CTL controls and the expression CC on the knobs, and bypass, memory and the effect switch on three buttons. It reaches what the EQ-200 exposes over MIDI rather than the graphic bands themselves.
Tested with the device Somebody has run this into the gear it was made for.
